Futurahma research on sources at “Art History for Artists” conference

IMG_0533 At Berlin conference “Art History for Artists: Interactions Between Scholarly Discourse and Artistic Practice in the 19th Century”, a contribution by Margherita d’Ayala Valva has illustrated some of Futurahma results on sources, showing the link between these studies on technique and art historical research on academic education, from the perspective of an art history written by artists. Her talk, in the session “The artist as producer of art discourse”, is titled “Artists’ Reading and Copybook Practice as a form of Self-Taught Education. Teaching Painting Technique: Praxis and Narratives.
