On the occasion of the exhibition More than Meets the Eye: New Research on the Estorick Collection (London, Estorick Collection, September 23^rd-December 20^th, 2015), the study day Art and Science at the Estorick Collection has been organized in the museum (November, 23^rd). Art historians, restorers, physicists, chemists of the FUTURAHMA group and of the London museum will deal with the topics related to painting techniques employed by the artists, non-invasive methodologies applied on the study of paintings and they will present results of the archival and scientific research undertaken on the collection’s artworks.
